This loft community will feature 23 urban lofts in the heart of Salt Lake’s 9th and 9th community. This project will feature a compelling architectural approach that blends historical reverence with the modern elements such as exposed steel, glass, and architectural metals. Loft units will range in size from 1,200 sq. ft. to 2,700 sq. ft. and feature a rooftop deck that affords unparalleled panoramic views of the Wasatch front
Telegraph Exchange Lofts is 23 unit community in the 9th and 9th neighborhood of Salt Lake. This adaptive re-use community will be built using green technology utilizing all electric furnaces and hot water heaters powered 100% by offsite renewable energy solar farms.
These architecturally heightened lofts and units will be integrate the original, historic Telegraph Exchange with elegant modern elements.
This community will be emission free using 100% electric furnaces and water heaters powered by off-site solar power.
47 onsite parking stalls will be devoted to EV stations.
